Items out of minimum stock will take 7 to 10 working days from when the payment is reflected in our account if paying via EFT, or once we have received authorization of a credit card payment.

Once
the purchase is completed you will be issued with a tracking number or
reference number by a sales representative.

standard manufacturer’s warranty applies, usually 12 months from date of
purchases unless stated otherwise.
Any custom or special order items cannot be returned.
Items that are unopened and in the original packaging may be
returned within 10 days of the date of delivery for a full refund, less
outbound shipping costs.
Once the item has been received at our location, it will take 2 to 4 days working days.
