Your favorite preamp just got even better. Equipped with an integrated DI input, expanded I/O connectors, phantom power and an external PSU, the Neve 1073N is a fully functional standalone preamp with 3-band EQ that combines classic tone of the original 1073 with unrivaled versatility and portability.
From the front, the Neve 1073N looks identical to the classic 1073 design you know and love. With the same iconic red, grey and blue knobs, the same settings, and the exact same sound as the original, it can be hard to distinguish the new 1073N from a vintage model from the front.
But from the rear, the 1073N looks like an entirely new device. A combo jack on the right hand side of the unit allows you to directly connect of microphones, instruments and more. An integrated DI input makes connecting guitars a breeze. Controls for phantom power, a built-in 20 dB pad and more make it easy to dial in the perfect sound for any recording. Quickly connect to your favorite studio gear using the dedicated XLR line output.

- DI Input: Input impedance 10 MOhms (PAD off) / 10 kOhms (PAD on) Gain +80 dB to +20 dB in 5 dB steps
- Output: Maximum output is >+26 dBu into 600 Ω
- Output is transformer balanced and earth free
- Distortion: Not more than 0.07% from 50 Hz to 10 kHz at +20 dBu output (80 kHz bandwidth) into 600 Ω
- Freq Response: ±0.5 dB 20 Hz to 20 kHz, -3 dB at 40 kHz (EQ out)
