At its heart is a nickel-core CineMag transformer with uber-clean gain capable of musical saturation as input levels increase.
Additionally, the Cloudlifter CL-X features two output levels that expand its output capabilities, including a Max setting that provides up to 36dB of additional clean gain. Its simple plug-and-play functionality provides you with more gain instantaneously. Though the Cloudlifter CL-X is phantom powered, its patented JFET circuity means you don’t need to worry about damaging your ribbon mics. Finally, the Cloudlifter CL-X is made in the United States and comes with a lifetime limited warranty.
