Providing two versatile studio essentials on 1 RU of rack space, the Empirical Labs PowerGrid Duo with DerrEsser and PUMP Modules offers powerful de-essing, high-frequency limiting, dynamic compression, and smooth saturation. This module combination is capable of enhancing any source audio with refined high frequencies and flexible dynamics control.
Ideal for seamlessly slipping your 500-series modules onto a standard 19" rack enclosure, the PowerGrid Duo from Wave Distro is a 2-slot rack chassis with recessed slots to fit virtually any 500-series module. With a stereo link switch in the rear and balanced XLR and 1/4" TRS stereo I/O, this chassis can support virtually any module configuration.
The PowerGrid Duo provides up to 300mA of stable current per voltage rail, ensuring optimal performance of the modules in your chassis. Each slot gets a dedicated rear-panel ground-lift switch, which eliminates hum induced by grounding loops and interference. Its compact size means the PowerGrid Duo 2-slot chassis will only take up a mere 1 RU on standard 19" equipment racks, allowing you to utilize your available rack space more efficiently.
