The MixPhones MP-1 with Vari-Voice is the first ever multiple-use headphone, suitable for use in the live sound, DJ, studio recording, mixing, playback and listening applications. The unique design allows you to choose between a normal, neutrally-voiced stereo field, mono, and a specially contoured Mixcube mode that focuses the midrange frequencies to simulate the sound of our Mixcubes, while providing better articulation of critical mix frequencies. Its 50 mm drivers are among the largest ever put in a set of headphones, delivering plenty of low-end punch.
The MP-1 MixPhone was created for anybody that needs more than “just another set of headphones,” from industry professionals to total beginners. We designed the MP-1 to look as good as it sounds - we didn’t skimp on form or function. The cozy ear cups comfortably isolate and enclose your ears, ensuring your listening experience won’t be intruded on by the outside world. Conversely, your roommates won’t be bothered by the music coming from your MixPhones. Generous padding and a pivoting design ensures a comfortable fit for all-day wear and use in the most demanding environments.
